Routes

Being infinite the amount of routes and visits that from the shelter can realize. We want to advise our clientele the following:

Route from the Hostel to the Mar de Fora beach

Just 7 minutes walk from the hostel for a charming spot you can reach the Mar de Fora beach, a stunning beach of 700 meters long and fine sand open to the Atlantic Ocean where you can see the impressive sunset Sun. Being the most western beach in Europe.

Route Cabo Finisterre (San Guillermo, Pedras Santas and Faro)

Just 5 minutes on foot, leaving the hostel in the direction of the lighthouse is with the church Santa Maria of Areas S. XII.

After visiting this church, the ascent begins to Mount San Guillermo, taking a detour on the right, about 100 meters from the church. Follow the ascent by forest paths, taking the first junction on the right and walking for about twenty minutes you will come to the second intersection where we will turn left.

After about 200 meters there is a small trail on the left that leads to Mount San Guillermo, from which you can see one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the village of Fisterra and its seas.

Returning to the previous intersection you have to turn to the same left hand, continuing the asphalted track that goes up to Mount Facho. At the end of this track you continue on another one of land that takes us to the Holy Rocks, where we can observe another spectacular panoramic of Finisterre.

Returning on the road, begins the descent along the asphalted track, first finding a viewpoint and arriving later at the Lighthouse.

Route Langosteira Beach

Leaving the lodge is heading towards the exit of the village to 1.2 kilometers is the wonderful Langosteira beach of 3 kilometers in length, beach of clear waters, calm and fine sand.

Route Rostro Beach

Leaving the hostel, head towards Mar de Fora beach and take the road that leads us to the sports center, turning left to enter San Martiño de Abajo. On the left is the ascent of San Martiño de Arriba.

Once you reach the village, take the first turning on the left, until you reach the Duio Castro, take the road that leads to Villar, cross the village towards the beach of the Arnela and never leave this road is reached Denle. From there the route goes to Castromiñán, continue along the road and access to the Rostro beach.
